Frequently asked
questions
What is the Ecom Cluster Project?
It’s a business model where we help investors build, manage, and scale their own e-commerce
brand through Amazon’s private label system, managed entirely by our professional team.
Who manages the operations?
All operations — from product research to logistics and marketing — are handled by our in-house
e-commerce experts under the Ecom Cluster management system.
Do I need prior experience to invest?
No experience is required. Our team handles everything while keeping you updated at each stage.
What platform do you work on?
Primarily Amazon (USA, UK, UAE markets), with future expansion plans for Walmart and Noon.
What makes Ecom Cluster different from others?
We offer complete business automation, real-time reporting, and a profit-sharing model with
transparency
What ROI can I expect?
On average, our investors achieve 25–35% annual ROI, depending on market performance and
product demand.
How soon do I start getting returns?
Generally, ROI starts flowing within 4–6 months after product launch.
Is the investment refundable?
Once the project initiates, the investment is allocated to product development, so it’s non-refundable — but secured with an agreement and assets in your name
What if the product doesn’t perform well?
Our risk-management team monitors performance; in case of low performance, we pivot to alternative profitable products or re-optimize the listing.
Do I get progress updates?
Yes, weekly or bi-weekly progress updates are shared, along with monthly performance reports.
Can they provide audited financial statements of existing stores?
Audited financials
Yes—quarterly financials are audited/reviewed by our internal audit team. A sample audit pack
and anonymized store P&L can be shared under NDA.
Do they have live dashboards or Seller Central access to verify revenue and profit claims?
Live verification (dashboards / Seller Central)
Yes—investors get read-only performance dashboards (sales, ad spend, profit). For Seller
Central, we arrange a supervised screen-share to verify live revenue and pay-outs.
What is the exit strategy if you want to sell your equity?
Exit strategy (selling your equity)
You can exit by selling your shares to a new buyer. Before that, the company/partners get a
short, first chance to buy them (ROFR).The company does not promise a buyback.
We’ll help you find buyers on trusted third-party platforms and on our own site, ROFUST +
Empire Flippers (best-efforts).
Price is agreed between you and the buyer; once paid, we complete the share transfer officially
How is profit distribution handled legally (contract, registered company, shareholding)?
Profit distribution & legal structure
Operations run via a registered private limited company. Equity is issued in your name;
distributions are board-approved dividends (or partner draws) paid by bank transfer with full
ledgers and tax documents. Waterfall, reserves, and pay-out calendar are stated in the
agreement.
What happens in case of Amazon account suspension or product bans?
Amazon suspension / product bans
We operate with strict compliance (brand/IP checks, policy audits, listing health monitoring). If
an account/ASIN is suspended, we execute a documented appeal SOP, pause distributions, and
use board-approved cash reserves to stabilize. If resolution exceeds the threshold in the
contract, a recovery plan (SKU pivot/asset sale/insurance if applicable) is triggered.
What fees (management, marketing, logistics) will be deducted before profit sharing?
Fees and deductions before profit share
Revenue comes from total sales, after which we deduct the costs; the details are listed below.
We deduct only essential costs: Amazon fees, product + shipping, storage/logistics, and small
tools/refunds/banking.
What remains is Net Profit, split exactly by equity (e.g., 50/50).
No hidden charges—any management fee (if any) is clearly written in the agreement.
You’ll get a simple quarterly statement showing every line item.
How do you conduct product research for Amazon Private Label?
We use advanced data tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to identify profitable
products based on search volume, competition ratio, seasonality, and profit margins.
What criteria do you use to shortlist a product?
We analyze BSR (Best Seller Rank), keyword trends, profit margin (>25%), reviews count, and
price stability before finalizing any product
Do you analyze competitors before launching a product?
Yes. We perform a full competitor gap analysis, focusing on pricing, listing quality, customer
reviews, and keyword opportunities.
What is Listing Optimization and why is it important?
Listing Optimization involves improving product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and images to enhance CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CVR (Conversion Rate).
Do you use AI or manual optimization for content?
We use a hybrid model — AI-assisted keyword optimization combined with manual content review to ensure brand tone and SEO relevance.
How do you handle product photography and A+ content?
Our in-house creative team designs lifestyle, infographics, and A+ modules optimized for Amazon’s guidelines, ensuring compliance and visual impact.
How do you manage PPC campaigns?
We use a data-driven approach with automated bid rules, negative keyword tracking, and A/B
testing through Amazon Advertising Console.
What’s the difference between Auto and Manual PPC campaigns
Auto campaigns collect data to identify converting keywords, while Manual campaigns focus on
high-ROI keywords refined from performance reports.
How do you track performance metrics?
We maintain live dashboards tracking sales, sessions, CTR, CVR, ROI, and profitability using tools like Data Studio and Sellerboard
Do you integrate analytics and reporting tools for clients?
Yes. Clients receive monthly performance reports and can access a shared dashboard showing
their store’s live data insights
