Exit strategy (selling your equity)
You can exit by selling your shares to a new buyer. Before that, the company/partners get a
short, first chance to buy them (ROFR).The company does not promise a buyback.
We’ll help you find buyers on trusted third-party platforms and on our own site, ROFUST +
Empire Flippers (best-efforts).
Price is agreed between you and the buyer; once paid, we complete the share transfer officially

Profit distribution & legal structure
Operations run via a registered private limited company. Equity is issued in your name;
distributions are board-approved dividends (or partner draws) paid by bank transfer with full
ledgers and tax documents. Waterfall, reserves, and pay-out calendar are stated in the
agreement.

Amazon suspension / product bans
We operate with strict compliance (brand/IP checks, policy audits, listing health monitoring). If
an account/ASIN is suspended, we execute a documented appeal SOP, pause distributions, and
use board-approved cash reserves to stabilize. If resolution exceeds the threshold in the
contract, a recovery plan (SKU pivot/asset sale/insurance if applicable) is triggered.

Fees and deductions before profit share
Revenue comes from total sales, after which we deduct the costs; the details are listed below.
We deduct only essential costs: Amazon fees, product + shipping, storage/logistics, and small
tools/refunds/banking.

No hidden charges—any management fee (if any) is clearly written in the agreement.
You’ll get a simple quarterly statement showing every line item.
